How to Match Women's Socks and Shoes?

I never know what socks to wear with shoes (I hate wearing no socks, unless it%26#039;s with sandals. Closed shoes don%26#039;t allow feet to breathe.)


The best way to deal with this question is to post links to shoes and you guys let me know what socks can work with them...

Loafers throw me off. They%26#039;re uncomfortable without socks. Stockings or dress socks can make them look old lady-ish. So what to do? Ankle length stockings?

Match your socks to either your slacks or your shoes. Whichever blends best for a continuous flow in colors. If you are unsure you can alway get a nude ankle high or knee high hose. For shoes where a sock wouldn%26#039;t look right wear a ped sock.
